Free Worldwide Shipping Policy

All worldwide shipping via Registered Post or International Airmail for some countries are offered completely free of charge. This is applicable to all orders placed with Cptph.com. All returns of any sort including exchanges in sizes, returns for laser engraving and all other returns that are not due to any error on our part will be charge the applicable shipping cost. Cptph reserves the right to change this Shipping Policy at anytime without prior notice. 

If you prefer to have it shipped via Courier you can place your order online and on checkout leave a note that you prefer Courier delivery that can be tracked online. We will send you an invoice via Paypal so you can pay for the extra charge.

Note: All shipping cost are for retail orders only. All products are shipped using any one or two of the postal services below. All wholesale orders will be given a quote for shipping after the order has been placed. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for duties and taxes that might be incurred in your country.

Delivery takes   10 - 15  business days

• Business days is Mondays to Fridays excluding any public holidays
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT +10) will be processed the next day.
• Orders placed from 8:00AM up to 3:00PM (GMT +10) will be processed the same day.
• Order processing takes 1 day
• Orders are scheduled for production the next day after being processed except if it was processed on Fridays & Saturdays; in which case it will go to production on Monday of the following week

There are times that delays may occur which is beyond our control. This might happen in the production department most of the times. In as much as we would like to deliver within 10-15 business days, please bear in mind that all our products are made-to-order. Every pieces that is released is unique on its own. It might be similar in designs but it still retains its uniqueness because we do not really mass produce. Once production delays happen we will promptly notify you. If your order is needed at a specified date please let us know by putting the date on the comments box at checkout.

NOTE: That all changes in the status of your order from the time of order confirmation will be regularly emailed to you. To ensure that you receive all email updates please add our email address info@cptph.com to  your address book.

Exceptions:

• Lead time of production for orders with Inlaid Gold & Inlaid 0.925 Sterling Silver takes 2 - 4 weeks
• Rings with CZ stones takes 15 business days in production
• For custom made orders delivery will depend upon the design and the bulk of your order. Before going into an agreement with us on the production of your custom order everything will be laid down to you including the approximate lead time for the production and the delivery of your order.
