Cptph.com Return Policy 

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. That is why we aim to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every purchase you make. All our products has passed through a stringent Quality Control to ensure that you are getting the best products for your money. Thus, we guarantee that all our products are free from defect at the time of dispatch. We are confident that your purchase from Cptph will meet or exceed your expectation. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email. We will gladly receive your return subject to the following limitations and conditions.
 
  1. That the product be returned within 30 days from the time of its receipt.
  2. That the product be returned in its original state. Not worn, or damaged, with the original paraphernalia that goes with it including ring box, pouches, invoice, guarantee if any.
  3. That it is not a part of a wholesale order nor is it a custom order or with laser engraving.
  4. Postage and handling fee is non-refundable.
  5. The return is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  6. That we must first receive the returned merchandise before any refund can be release.
  7. Refunds will be credited to you within 2 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
 
Damaged Product:

Damaged products delivered would be very unlikely for Tungsten Carbide products. Inspection has always been thorough. From the manufacturing up to our Distribution. As what was mentioned before Tungsten Carbide can only be scratched or damaged using diamond or by striking it with a hammer. However, we are adding this area for future reference and for certain unforseen events. Note that damaged products will be replaced at no cost to you.

Save the product, the original box, jewelry box or pouch, Certificate of Guarantee if applicable  and packaging. Send us an email at  support@cptph.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged goods. We will then arrange for a carrier inspection and pick-up. Afterwards we will arrange for a replacement. This is very important for us to file damage claim with the carrier.

Order Discrepancies:

Contact Customer Service at support@cptph.com within 5 business days upon receipt of shipment for all other discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled items)

Orders With Engraving:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders with personalised engraving. However, we will replace or repair faulty merchandise or a wrong size delivered at no cost to you.

Exchanges in Size for Non-Wholesale, Non Custom made & Without Laser Engraving Purchases Only

We only accept exchanges in sizes for non-wholesale, non-custom made & without laser engraving purchases. The shipping cost for the exchange will have to be covered by the customer.

1)Email us at support@cptph.com within 5 business days after receiving the item and inform us of the reason causing the return.

2) We will send you an email with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address to return the jewelry to.

3) Return the items in their original condition (not resized, worn, altered or damaged) including jewelry box or pouch, and appraisal when applicable. Write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the package and include a copy of the invoice and/or Packaging Slip with the jewelry. The jewelry being returned should be in a box or padded envelope, and must be insured. Cptph will not be held  responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. Unfortunately, we can not accept any packages that are not insured and/or do not have the Return Authorization Number (RAN) written on it. Please write the (RAN) on the package and include a copy of the invoice and/or PAckaging Slip.

4) Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a confirmation letter informing you of such receipt and time frame for replacement of your order.

5)Shipping Charges applies for the shipping of the replacement to your address except if the exchange of replacement was done due to a fault on our side.

Custom Orders:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order jewelry purchases. Jewelry with laser engraving, custom logos, initials, or branded items are not returnable. However, we will replace damaged products or products with faulty workmanship at no cost to you.
