How to Place An Order 

To place your order let us walk you through the whole process.

1. Select the product you would like to purchase by clicking on the product code.
2. Another window with an enlarge photo of the product will pop up. These contains the item code, item description, price and buttons <Add to Cart>, <View Cart>, and another <Add to Cart> button to get the engraving services.
3. To continue to checkout click the <view Cart> button.
4. Check that all your orders are correct.
5. If you are ordering more than one quantity you can change the quantity in the shopping cart by just deleting the default quantity which is <1>. Then click update to save your changes.
6. Review your order.
7. Click the <Proceed to Checkout> button.
8. A new window will open. On the left hand side you will find this message

   Don't have a PayPal account?
   Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue

    
9. Click Continue if you prefer to pay though credit card or debit cards otherwise log-in to your paypal account on the log-in form located at the right hand side of the window
10. If you prefer credit cards or debit cards then click Continue.
11. The Billing Information Form will open. You will be require to fill-up your credit card information. ie. The name that appears on your card, the address that you use in your credit card, expiry date, credit card number,csc or the 3 last digit at the back of your credit card etc.
12. After filling up the form and reviewing your order click <Review your Order & Continue> button.
13. Fill up any other necessary information.
14. If you have special instruction please type it in the comments box
15. The last part is when you will be asked to continue payment.

Wholesale Orders

1. To place your wholesale order please email us at sales@cptph.com with the item code, the ring size if applicable, the quantity and any additional special instructions.
2. We will then acknowledge your order via email and request for your payment via a secure payment gateway that will be sent with the email. We require Bank Transfer for wholesale orders that is more than $500.
3. Once payment has been received we will then commence production.

Custom Orders

For custom orders you will have to email us at sales@cptph.com . Give us the description of your order, a clear picture and copy of the design and if possible send us a sample. We will give you a quote for the production of the design within 5 business days. If you are happy with our price then we will be happy to proceed with the production.

Laser Engraving

To place an order for laser engraving services please follow these steps:

1. On the details page of every products there is another <Add to Cart> button that is provided if you would like laser engraving done.
2. Type in the word or words in the text box that you would like engraved.
3. and click the <Add to Cart> button for laser engraving.
4. If you have other special instructions with regards to laser engraving please type it in the comments or special instructions box at checkout.
