What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Bank Deposit (For Filipino & Australian Buyers ONLY)

When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon checkout. This is done to cover the cost of production for your order.

How can I be sure my order & payment has been received?
When you enter your credit card information and click "Confirm Order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when you will expect your order and another email when your order is ready for dispatch. The case is the same if you log-into your paypal account to pay an email will be sent to you confirming your payment as well as your order.

Can I order by telephone?
We currently only accept online orders.

Can I tracked my order? We normally send updates as to the status of your order via email. First email is the payment and order confirmation, then the shipping confirmation unless there are some delays that occur in production; in which case you will be promptly notified via email as well. We post via registered post and or Airmail for Free. If you would like to track the delivery an additional charge applies for Courier shipping.

Can I exchange the rings size? We accept size exchanges for Non-Wholesale & without laser engraving orders. However, you will have to pay for all shipping cost. The time frame for your replacement would be emailed to you. For further information refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. 

Do I have to pay for any customs clearance?
You will have to pay for any customs clearance and duties in your country. We declare our product as costume jewelry so most likely it will not be charge or if any it might only be for bulk orders international.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Normally production is more or less 15 business days before delivery. Registered post or Airmail delivery is more or less 10 business days. Business days means Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays.

What if an item is out of stock ?
All our  products are produced as ordered so we don't normally have an out of stock status unless the design has been totally removed from our production. These might only happen when the design is outdated and we will no longer manufacture it. The time frame 10-15 business days includes manufacturing
 
What if I would like my order fast track?
Because all orders are being manufactured on order we cannot really give a shorter delivery period. We can only deliver immediately if we have a stock on hand from the previous production which seldom happens.
 
Can I have my order shipped via Courier?
Yes, you can have your order shipped via Courier. We do however, charge additional to have your order shipped via courier. To view pricing please refer to our Shipping Information.
 
 
Do you have a Refund Policy?
We have a 60-days money back guarantee wherein you can send back the product that you have ordered if for some reason you are not satisfied. However, please take note that this only applies to product that are non-wholesale and without laser engraving. All sales that are wholesale and with laser engraving are deemed final unless the merchandise was delivered damaged. In which case we will replace your order at no cost to you. Please refer to our   Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
 
 
How can I find out my ring size?
If you have no idea of your ring size at all, we suggest that you get your ring size taken by a professional jeweller. We do provide a ring sizer online which can be found in our homepage but this is more helpful to people who already have an idea of their ring size as a comparison. Plus this is greatly affected by outside factors such as the time of the day you take your ring size, the accuracy of the person who is doing the sizing, printing etc. 
 
 
Can I request other font face for laser engraving even if it was not mentioned on your website?
Yes. You can request for other font face. What you can do is email us the font face you prefer. If possible, send us a sample by saving it in jpg, bmp or tif format. This will ensure that the font type that we will be receiving will not be altered even if the pc does not support the font type.
 
 
How many characters can be laser engraved?
We can laser engrave as many characters as you would like but we suggest that the characters be 31 including spaces. This is so because too much will greatly affect the readability of the engraving. Too ensure readability from our experience the maximum characters including spaces should be 31.
 
 
Can I pay in Philippine peso if I am currently living in the Philippines?
Yes you can by contacting our affiliates. We currently have affiliates in the Philippines that will be able to assist Filipino buyers who prefer to pay in Philippine peso. Just send us an email at info@cptph.com to get their contact information.
 
 
If I am living in the Philippines, can I pay online?
Yes you can if you currently have a credit card. But please take note that you will be charge in US dollars and not in Philippine peso when you pay online. However, rest assured that you will be charge only the US dollars based on the current exchange rates.
